MAC seeks a committed, mission driven, and detail-oriented individual to work with our Helpline Team as Helpline Advocate. MAC’s multilingual Helpline is the entry point to MAC for families and caregivers who are looking for resources, information, and referrals to better advocate for their children.
Education Attorney Fellowship: Focus on Newcomer Students
MAC seeks a recent law school graduate for a Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation (MLAC) Bart Gordon Fellowship focusing on outreach, training, and advocacy to advance the education rights and education access needs of newly arrived migrant children.
Senior Attorney
MAC seeks a Senior Attorney to provide legal representation and conduct systemic legal and policy advocacy on a range of education issues including special education, student discipline, immigrant student rights, and homelessness. The Senior Attorney will work on these issues statewide, with a focus on Boston Public Schools. The Senior Attorney will join a team of exceptional public interest attorneys and advocates working together to directly improve education equity for children and youth who have been historically marginalized.
